Altered Books

I've been working on an altered book lately. I've always wanted to make one, but never really got around to it until now. All of us at my work are working on one. It's so much fun. There are many ways to make one, but I'm taking an old book from a thrift store and ripping out about 2/3 of the pages and gluing every two together to make thicker pages. Then, I'm applying images from magazines, photographs, found paper, etc and collaging them over the text to create a visual story. I'm still not done, but I'll post a few pics when it's finished.
