movie interiors: Before Sunset

One (well two really) of my favorite movies are the Before Sunrise/Before Sunset duo. I have been in love with Ethan Hawke since Reality Bites and fell in love with Julie Delpy the first time I saw Before Sunrise. Why aren't there more movies like this? The end is my favorite part, partially due to Celine's gorgeous lived-in Parisian apartment.

her amazing alleyway complete with ivy and old bricks.

a beautiful courtyard soiree.

I wish my neighbors were like this. Check out that antique daybed. (btw-that man who looks like hemingway is actually her father in real life. He was also in 2 Days In Paris with her.)

Her apartment is so fun and lived-in. I love her eclectic mix of lanterns and lights.

what a collection of books and music.

I would love to have a balcony with herbs growing on the railing.

Little collages of photos on every wall...

If there's any movie interiors you'd like to see, let me know so I can add them to my list!

100 books

This year I finally started reading regularly again after a very long hiatus. I used to love reading so much my mom had to put a limit on how many books I could check out of the library. Then school made me hate reading. I didn't want to read their books and I didn't want to stop and write about every chapter and then take a test. It completely took the joy out of it for me. So this year, I set out to read at least 50 books, which then turned into 100. I'm on my last book right now. Here's my top 25 for the year.

1.2.3.
4.5.6.
7.8.9.

22.23.24.

honorable mentions: water for elephants, i need you more than i love you and i love you to bits, pride and prejudice and zombies, everything was fine until whatever
