storybook ending

I tried on my work Halloween costume yesterday, little red riding hood, and thought that I would do some storybook-themed photos. I ended up with four good shots. The light outside really made the red glow. This one is my favorite I think:


We got some white pumpkins and will probably be carving them tonight while watching the Garfield Halloween Special. If they turn out well, I'll post some pics tomorrow.

I just fell in love with this beautiful piece by Jenny Keith Hughes. Such a beautiful example of encaustic.
