How incredibly gorgeous is Faye Dunaway? I've been watching a bunch of movies I haven't seen in awhile that I enjoyed and was adding eyes of laura mars to my queue. It got me thinking how overlooked Faye Dunaway is. She is so talented and incredibly gorgeous. A perfect 1960's/70's icon.

loving this lookbook of wedding dresses by delphine manivet. The monochromatic romantic color scheme and the fun-loving adorable french model with loose braids and a crown of flowers. Looks like a fun wedding in the making.

welcome to the dollhouse

Recently broke out my dollhouse that my grandfather made for me from my parent's attic. I forgot how wonderful it is. He even made me a bunch of furniture to go inside it, all painted pink and blue. The front is beautifully painted white with a blue door and a pink roof. He was so good at building things. I remember I was too shy to open it when we all gathered together to open our christmas presents. (the box was almost as tall as I was!) But after my mom and I opened it, I loved it to pieces.

(I have no idea why I put a rabbit family inside, but I think it's kind of funny now.

light up the night

Just found these amazing polaroid light up boxes by polaboy. What a fantastic idea! I'm so glad this art form hasn't died.

television interiors: Gossip Girl (the Humphrey loft)

I love this loft. What fun place to grow up in. This loft has everything from the stained glass doors and garage door room separators to built in brick bookshelves and a cute dining banquette. I think my favorite thing in the house aside from Dan's book alcove are the beautiful wood apothecary drawers that make up one side of the kitchen. If I didn't have a white kitchen with subway tile, this would be my next choice. It's weird you never see their dad's room...ever...
