My husband and I went to Barnsley Gardens for you 7th wedding anniversary earlier this month. It was so beautiful. It was only about an hours dive away and the gardens happened to be mostly deserted that day. I met a beautiful swan who swam across the pond to pose for me. My favorite part had to be the amazing ruins though. We saw similar ruins in Cumberland Island, but you aren't allowed to enter the building.
